The NUT at The KImberley School are taking strike action in protest at plans to turn the school into an academy.
What can you do to oppose the plans?
Join our Lobby of the Special Meeting of the Full Governing Body at the school from 5pm on Wednesday 27 June
Demand that the school organises a meeting for parents to hear both sides of the argument and organises a secret ballot of parents before any decision is taken
Have your say
Write to the Head Teacher, Chair of Governors and other members of the governing body to oppose the academy conversion either by sending a letter to the Clerk to the Governors at school in a sealed envelope marked “Academy Consultation” or emailing office@kimberleyschool.co.uk
Please cc or forward your email to savekimberleyschool@gmail.com and please do this before Wednesday 27 June
